Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented General Manager to oversee business operations, drive organisational growth, and ensure operational efficiency across all departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company's daily operations.
Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and growth.
Oversee key departments, including sales, logistics, finance, and administration.
Establish performance targets and ensure departmental objectives align with business goals.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage resources, control operational costs, and ensure efficient business processes.
Supervise departmental heads and promote accountability across the organisation.
Prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience managing business operations and leading multiple departments.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of financial management, business development, and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve organisational targets.
Must reside in Mushin, Lagos, or its surrounding environs.
SalaryN800,000 per month.
