Supervise daily store operations and ensure the smooth running of the store
Lead, manage, and motivate sales representatives and associates to meet sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Monitor stock levels, inventory taking, and ensure proper stock arrangement
Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards are maintained
Prepare daily sales reports and report to management
Enforce company policies, discipline, and work schedule among staff
Open and close the store and ensure all security procedures are followed
RequirementsB.Sc. in any relevant field
2-3 years' proven experience as a Supervisor, Store Manager, or Senior Sales Associate.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Good with numbers, reporting, and basic computer skills
Must be smart and well-spoken.
Proximity (Victoria Island, Banana Island, Lagos Island, Lekki Phase 1) is highly preferred.
SalaryN250,000 monthly (Negotiable).
