Job Title: Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily logistics, transportation, delivery, and distribution operations.
Plan and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Manage drivers and monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and operational costs.
Track shipments and ensure proper documentation of all deliveries.
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Prepare regular operational reports for management.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and inventory control.
