Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Officer to manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
The successful candidate will coordinate deliveries, transporters, and suppliers while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and transportation activities.
Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and other logistics partners.
Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
Track logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Support inventory and transportation management processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and logistics procedures.
Resolve delivery and transportation issues promptly.
RequirementsHND / B.Sc. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or transportation.
Fresh graduates are not eligible.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is required.
Good knowledge of inventory and transportation management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple logistics activities effectively.
SalaryN120,000 - N180,000 monthly.
