Vawell Power Solution is looking for a creative, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong digital marketing experience to join our team.
We are seeking a marketing professional who can strengthen our brand presence, promote our products and services, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through effective marketing strategies and digital campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
Manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, promotional materials, and written content.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate business leads.
Manage online advertising campaigns using platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business and marketing opportunities.
Support brand development, positioning, and corporate communications.
Implement SEO strategies and coordinate website content updates.
Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaign results, and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with the sales and management teams to support customer acquisition and business growth.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, particularly digital marketing.
Proven experience in social media management and digital campaign execution.
Good knowledge of online advertising, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.
A portfolio of previous marketing projects or campaigns is an added advantage.
The Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who is creative, strategic, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to turn marketing ideas into practical campaigns that improve brand visibility, attract customers, and generate business opportunities.
SalaryN250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
