Job Title: Media Specialist

Role Summary
The Media Specialist produces and edits photo/video content for client campaigns and agency channels, handling everything from shoot planning and capture through post-production, ensuring content is optimized for each platform.
Key responsibilitiesPlan and execute photo/video shoots for client and agency content
Edit and produce polished video and photo content optimized for social platforms
Collaborate with the Design Lead and Social Media Specialist to align content with campaign strategy
Manage media assets, ensuring organized storage and version control
Stay current on content trends and platform-specific formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)
Source or coordinate equipment, locations, and talent/crew for shoots as needed
Deliver content on schedule to meet campaign and posting deadlines
Requirements & qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in videography/photography and content editing
Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of platform-native content styles and trends
Technical skill in camera operation, lighting, and audio for shoots
Ability to manage shoot logistics and work efficiently under deadlines
Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual quality
