About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to lead its catering operations and drive new business growth across key industrial sectors.
This is a dual-focus leadership position responsible for winning new catering contracts while overseeing logistics, culinary operations, HSE compliance, and service delivery across client sites, central kitchens, and remote camps.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead catering operations across all sites/camps and represent the MD in client and regulatory engagements
Identify and win new catering contracts; prepare proposals, EOIs, and pitches
Manage contract renewals, SLAs, and client relationships
Own the P&L for catering operations — control costs, approve budgets, drive profitability
Champion HSE, food safety, and ISO/HACCP compliance
Coach and develop Camp Bosses and LOS/HSE Officers
Report operational, financial, and business development performance to the MD
What We're Looking For
A results-driven leader with strong business development instincts, solid operational/financial oversight experience in catering or facilities management, and a track record of managing client relationships and compliance in industrial or remote-site settings.
