We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage the organization’s online presence, promote its hospitality and event services, and create engaging content that attracts customers and drives bookings.

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional materials. Manage the organization’s social media pages and respond promptly to comments, enquiries, and direct messages. Cover events and activities through real-time photography, videography, and social media updates. Monitor social media trends and develop creative campaigns to increase engagement, visibility, and customer enquiries. Track and report on social media performance, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics. Collaborate with the operations and events teams to promote services, offers, events, and special packages.

Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within hospitality, events, entertainment, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Good photography, videography, content creation, and copywriting skills. Proficiency in Canva and other content creation/editing tools. Strong communication skills and a good eye for trends and visual presentation. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required for events.
