Job Description
We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in beauty and spa treatments, a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a clean, relaxing, and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of beauty, skincare, body, and relaxation treatments while ensuring every client receives a safe, comfortable, and satisfying experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform professional facials based on clients’ skin types and specific skincare needs.
Provide different types of massage treatments, ensuring clients are comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
Perform professional waxing services while maintaining proper hygiene and client comfort.
Carry out pedicures and basic foot-care treatments to a high professional standard.
Perform body scrubs and exfoliation treatments according to established procedures.
Provide skin tag removal treatments where trained and permitted to do so.
Perform laser hair-removal treatments and other approved laser/beauty treatments, following proper safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
Keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences where required.
Ensure clients are comfortable, properly attended to, and satisfied with the services provided.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the spa’s standards at all times.
Keep up with current beauty, skincare, wellness, and spa treatment techniques.
Promote a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
Perform other beauty and spa-related treatments within your area of training and expertise.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Esthetician, or in a similar role.
Must be skilled and confident in performing facials, waxing, massage, pedicure, body scrubs, skin tag removal, and laser hair-removal treatments.
Knowledge of additional beauty and spa treatments will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safe treatment practices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Must be neat, presentable, professional, and friendly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new treatments and techniques.
