Job Summary
Ego’s Kitchen is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Logistics Manager to coordinate deliveries, manage dispatch operations, and ensure that customers receive their orders promptly and in good condition.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily deliveries and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Supervise drivers and dispatch personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Plan delivery routes to minimise delays and transportation costs.
Ensure that all food orders and packages are checked for accuracy before dispatch.
Monitor deliveries and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel expenses, and other logistics-related costs.
Ensure proper handling of food orders to maintain quality and presentation.
Monitor the condition of delivery vehicles and coordinate servicing when necessary.
Liaise with the kitchen and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare regular logistics reports and provide updates to management.
RequirementsPrevious experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations management.
Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple deliveries and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of Surulere and its environs.
Honesty, accountability, and attention to detail.
SalaryN100,000 monthly.
