Job Summary
We are seeking to recruit Marketing Agents who will drive bookings for our client's apartments by building their own pipeline of shortlet agents and leads through calls, property inspections, personal networks and original content.
The ideal candidates are self-motivated, great at building relationships, and ready to take full ownership of their results.
Requirements1–2 years’ experience in real estate sales/marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects to sales.
Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.
Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
