Job Summary
The Telemarketing/Project Manager will be responsible for generating business opportunities, converting prospects into customers, managing client relationships, coordinating company projects, and ensuring successful project execution.
The ideal candidate must possess strong sales, communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelemarketing and Business Development:Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and other marketing channels.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
Convert prospects into paying customers through effective sales strategies and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Negotiate business deals and follow up on pending transactions.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain an updated database of prospects, clients, and business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Project Management:Plan, coordinate, and oversee company projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and implementation strategies.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Assign responsibilities and monitor project execution.
Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and deadlines.
Identify project risks and develop solutions to prevent delays.
Monitor project expenses and ensure proper resource utilisation.
Organise project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare detailed project progress and completion reports.

RequirementsBachelor's Degree or relevant professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales conversion, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management tools.
Ability to develop business relationships and close deals.
