Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand positioning, lead generation and revenue growth for ASA Security Limited within the Nigerian market.
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in supporting business expansion by generating qualified leads, strengthening client trust, and positioning ASA Security Limited as a preferred private security provider in Lagos and across Nigeria across key sectors such as financial institutions, oil and gas, telecommunications, estates, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and commercial real estate.

Required Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
4–8 years’ experience in marketing (cutting across both digital and traditional marketing)
Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Proficiency in email marketing tools
Strong networking and relationship-building ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong persuasion and influencing skills
Ability to approach and engage corporate decision-makers
B2B marketing and client acquisition
Proposal and presentation development
Understanding of Nigerian corporate business environment
SalaryN300,000 monthly.
