Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, honest, and customer-focused Cashier to handle daily sales transactions and provide excellent customer service in the pharmacy.
The ideal candidate must be neat, fast, accurate with money, and passionate about customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers promptly and process sales transactions accurately.
Issue receipts, operate POS machine, handle cash, transfers, and balance daily sales.
Record all sales, expenses, and cash at hand and submit daily sales report.
Receive, verify, and properly arrange incoming stock and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
Monitor stock levels and report low stock, expired, or damaged goods to the Pharmacist.
Ensure the cashier counter and shop environment is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist in arranging and displaying products neatly on shelves when not attending to customers.
RequirementsSSCE, OND, or NCE qualification. Accounting or business background is an advantage.
1 year experience as a cashier, sales assistant, or shop attendant (pharmacy or supermarket experience preferred).
Must be very honest, fast with calculations, and accurate with cash handling.
Excellent customer service, communication, and basic computer/POS skills.
Must be neat, polite, honest, and willing to work weekends.
Must reside within proximity to the work location.
SalaryN80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
