Department: Operations / Real Estate Job Summary

Nestal Concept Limited is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Company Driver to support the company’s daily real estate operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, clients, and prospective property buyers or tenants to property inspection locations, meetings, and other official engagements across Abuja. The ideal candidate must be punctual, courteous, familiar with Abuja roads, and committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for clients while maintaining the company’s professional image.

Safely transport company staff, clients, and prospective buyers or tenants to property inspections, site visits, meetings, and other official appointments. Ensure timely arrival at scheduled property inspections and client appointments. Maintain a clean, neat, and presentable company vehicle at all times. Conduct routine vehicle checks, including fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, coolant, and other essential components. Report vehicle faults, maintenance needs, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly to management. Assist with the movement of company documents, property inspection materials, and other authorized items. Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional attitude when dealing with clients and visitors. Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle maintenance where required. Follow traffic regulations, company policies, and all road safety requirements. Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, property transactions, company information, and business discussions. Support other reasonable operational duties assigned by management.

Safe and accident-conscious driving. Punctuality for property inspections and client appointments. Vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance. Professional conduct and positive client experience. Accurate trip and fuel records. Responsible use of company vehicles and resources.

Qualifications and Requirements

A valid Nigerian driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated. Minimum of 2–3 years of professional driving experience. Good knowledge of Abuja roads, estates, districts, and major property locations. Strong punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Neat appearance, good conduct, and a customer-service mindset. Ability to work flexible hours when property inspections or client appointments require it. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. Previous experience driving for a real estate company or corporate organization is an advantage.

The Company Driver will report directly to the Managing Director or a designated Operations Manager.
