About the role
A prestigious financial technology and digital gaming organisation is seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead its people strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and HR operations.
ResponsibilitiesLead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
Develop compensation structures, benefits and reward frameworks.
Oversee payroll coordination and applicable statutory HR obligations.
Implement performance management, learning and development programmes.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and HR compliance.
Drive engagement, retention, organisational culture and succession planning.
Maintain HR policies and provide workforce reports to Management.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or equivalent professional qualification or membership.
Minimum 10 years' HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation and statutory obligations.
Demonstrated expertise in compensation, HR systems and employee relations.
Fintech, banking, technology or gaming experience is preferred.
