Job Title: Head of Risk, Fraud and Compliance

About the role
We are seeking an experienced risk and compliance leader to oversee enterprise risk, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and applicable anti-financial-crime programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise risk frameworks and risk registers.
Establish fraud prevention and detection controls for transactions and betting activities.
Lead fraud investigations and recommend corrective measures.
Monitor applicable licences, regulatory obligations and compliance deadlines.
Oversee applicable AML/CFT, KYC, transaction monitoring and reporting processes.
Monitor responsible gaming, consumer protection and data protection compliance.
Prepare risk reports for Management and the Board.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or a related discipline.
Relevant certification such as CAMS, CFE, CRISC, ICAN or ACCA is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian gaming and payments regulations, AML/CFT and data protection requirements.
Experience in fraud analytics, investigations and transaction monitoring.
Fintech, banking, payments or gaming experience is preferred.
SalaryN1,200,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
