We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and Action-oriented Inventory Supervisor to oversee depot operations across all locations, monitor and reconcile physical and ERP stock records, coordinate stock transfers between depots, and supervise periodic stocktaking exercises to ensure inventory accuracy, accountability, and efficient stock management.

Responsible for supervising all depot activities in relation to stock. Ensure smooth operation of all the Depots in terms of Process flow, orderliness, space utilization, stock storage, receipt and issuance of stock. Ensure the Company’s spot checks on depots are always done. Physical stock counts Ensure Physical stock counts and reconciliation are conducted monthly Consolidate ALL depot-related reports with the accounts department Follow up to ensure the required registers/files are raised and updated at the depots Monitor all stock movement in transit and report any erring depot Responsible for coordinating all stock/material transfers across depots Ensure material transfers are efficiently done Supervise all depot replenishment Perform any other duties as assigned by the management as it relates to core duties Coordinate year-end stock count per depot and report to the Chief Accountant's office.

BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ICAN will be an added advantage

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in inventory monitoring, audit, control, or distribution oversight. Experience dealing with third-party or outsourced depot operations is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Reconciliation and variance analysis Strong Excel skills Understanding of internal control procedures Familiarity with inventory systems (ERP or simple inventory applications)

High Integrity and attention to detail Ability to challenge discrepancies firmly and professionally. Good communication and follow-up skills Analytical thinking Ability to work remotely across multiple depot locations.
