The successful candidate will support the Social Media Manager with day to day content execution while also bringing strong video editing skills to the team. Help prepare and organise content for different social media platforms. Support the Social Media Manager during periods of high content volume. Provide additional support and continuity when required. Assist with basic community management where necessary. Help maintain an organised content library and archive. Support the Social Media Manager with other content related tasks as required.

Video Editing & Content Production:

Edit short form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms. Produce different styles of video edits rather than only basic talking head edits. Edit talking head, lifestyle, educational, promotional and social media content. Add appropriate transitions, text animations, captions, sound effects, music and other visual elements. Create engaging edits that improve retention and make content more dynamic. Assist with filming and capturing content during scheduled physical shoots in Lagos. Work with the Content Team to ensure footage is properly captured, organised and edited. Where necessary, assist with basic camera setup and operation during content shoots. Help transform raw footage into polished, social media ready content.

Be highly responsive and reliable. Be organised and able to meet deadlines. Have good communication skills. Be comfortable working remotely. Be based in Lagos and available for scheduled physical content shoots. Have basic camera knowledge or experience shooting content. This is an added advantage.
