Nextzon Business Services Limited is seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded and results-driven Management Consultant (Analyst) to join its consulting team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of management consulting engagements through business research, data analysis, problem-solving, strategy development, process improvement and the preparation of high-quality client deliverables. We are particularly interested in candidates with current or previous experience working in a management consulting firm who can demonstrate strong consulting capabilities and the practical application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of their work.

Conduct business, industry, market and competitive research to support client engagements. Analyse quantitative and qualitative data, identify trends and develop actionable business insights. Support the development of business strategies, operating models, business plans and organisational improvement initiatives. Conduct business process reviews, identify performance gaps and recommend practical solutions. Prepare client reports, proposals, presentations, business cases and other consulting deliverables. Support project planning, implementation tracking, stakeholder engagements and client presentations. Develop financial, operational and business analysis models where required. Apply AI tools to research, data analysis, document review, report writing, presentation development and workflow automation. Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver assignments within agreed timelines and quality standards. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and the development of client solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Social Sciences or another relevant discipline. Approximately two (2) to five (5) years of relevant professional experience, with current or previous employment in a management consulting firm being a key requirement. Demonstrable experience supporting consulting engagements, business analysis, strategy development, process improvement or organisational transformation. Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent report-writing, presentation development and communication skills. The ability to translate complex business problems into clear insights and practical recommendations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant business productivity tools.

AI Proficiency — Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must demonstrate practical and verifiable proficiency in AI tools, beyond basic familiarity or occasional use. Applicants should be able to show how they have used AI tools to improve the quality, efficiency or effectiveness of their professional work, including activities such as: Research, information synthesis and insight generation. Data analysis, modelling and interpretation. Development of consulting reports, proposals and presentations. Business process analysis and workflow automation. Problem-solving, scenario analysis and solution development. Candidates must also demonstrate sound judgement in verifying AI-generated outputs, protecting confidential information and identifying inaccuracies or unsupported conclusions.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments. Adaptability, resourcefulness and a commitment to continuous learning. Professional integrity and the ability to handle sensitive client information. A results-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Relevant professional certifications in project management, business analysis, data analytics or related disciplines will be an advantage.
