Job Summary
We are recruiting an experienced and result-driven Marketer for one of its clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services, developing marketing strategies, attracting customers, and driving sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Promote products through both online and offline marketing channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
Meet sales and marketing targets set by management.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and sales activities.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
Participate in promotional campaigns, product presentations, and marketing events.
Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain a professional representation of the company at all times.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience in Marketing or a similar role.
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
