Job Summary
Astracrest Investment Limited is seeking a competent, experienced, and results-driven Project/Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost efficiency, and compliance with established standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall progress.
Supervise contractors, artisans, engineers, and other project personnel.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate procurement and the efficient use of construction materials.
Liaise with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
RequirementsA Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction or project management.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of construction processes, project planning, budgeting, and site supervision.
Professional certification or relevant industry membership will be an added advantage.
Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Ikorodu and its environs are strongly encouraged to apply.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly
