 Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source and qualify potential clients through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through the buying and selling process, negotiate favorable terms, and close transactions to achieve individual and team sales target. Utilize strong persuasion and closing skills to convert leads into sales and achieve or exceed sales targets. Demonstrate in-depth market knowledge to effectively position our offerings against competitors. Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through exceptional relationship building. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in real estate sales. Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management. Strong knowledge of property markets, valuation, and negotiation processes. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
