Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to attend to customers, promote jewelry products, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to customers and provide product information and recommendations.
Promote and sell jewelry items to achieve sales targets.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is neat and attractive.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions professionally.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
RequirementsSSCE, OND, or higher qualification with 1-2 years experience
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods will be an added advantage
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Presentable, honest, and attentive to detail.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
SalaryN120,000 Net Monthly
