Job Summary
BerryMart Integrated Services Limited is hiring Sales Representatives to join our FMCG sales team.
RequirementsB.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
1–3 years’ FMCG sales experience.
Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Must be familiar with the assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new customers and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
Drive product availability, visibility and merchandising.
Monitor market and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets and submit accurate reports.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: N120,000 monthly
Incentive: Up to N100,000 (based on performance)
Transport allowance
13th-month salary
