We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, create engaging content, grow our audience, and strengthen brand visibility across relevant social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics.

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Design basic graphics, create short-form videos, and develop compelling captions. Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and maintain positive audience engagement. Track social media trends and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness. Monitor content performance and prepare periodic reports using relevant analytics tools. Support promotional campaigns and other digital marketing activities. Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all published content meets quality standards.

HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; relevant practical experience may also be considered. 1–3 years' experience managing social media accounts professionally. Demonstrable ability to create engaging content and grow social media audiences. Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms. Basic graphic design and video-editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications. Good written communication, creativity, organisation, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a hybrid work environment. A portfolio or links to previously managed social media accounts will be an advantage.
