About The Role
TQE is looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives / LPG Handling Assistants to support the safe and efficient physical operation of our LPG distribution Hub.
You will support the team with loading, unloading, moving, sorting and organizing LPG cylinders.
What You Will Do
Load and unload LPG cylinders from vehicles.
Move cylinders safely within the Hub.
Sort cylinders according to their operational status.
Separate empty, filled, damaged and rejected cylinders.
Assist with cylinder inspection.
Prepare cylinders for dispatch.
Assist with loading MDC deliveries.
Assist with receiving returned cylinders.
Support physical stock counts.
Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
Follow instructions from the Hub Supervisor and Storekeeper.
Use required PPE.
Follow all TQE safety procedures.
Report damaged cylinders, leaks, unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
What Success Looks Like
Cylinders are handled safely.
Loading and unloading is completed efficiently.
Cylinders are correctly sorted and organized.
The Hub remains clean and orderly.
Safety procedures are followed at all times.
Stock-count activities are supported accurately.
The team can rely on you to complete assigned tasks.
RequirementsBasic education.
Previous warehouse, logistics, loading/unloading or manual operations experience is an advantage.
Physically capable of manual handling activities.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to follow instructions.
Safety-conscious.
Willing to learn.
