Vendor Requirements and Submission Details
Minimum Vendor Requirements:Interested vendors must meet the following mandatory criteria:Valid Business Registration (CAC): Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record and technical expertise in the relevant service area(s) for which they are applying.
Operational Capacity: Ability to effectively operate and deliver services in the state mentioned above (Katsina).
Competitive Pricing: The ability to offer competitive pricing and flexible, favourable payment terms.
Client References (Preferred): References from previous corporate or NGO clients are highly preferred.
Required Documentation:Vendors must submit the following documents as part of their EOI:Company Profile: A detailed profile outlining the company's history, management structure, and core competencies.
Evidence of Past Work: Documentation (e.g., contracts, LPOs, completion certificates) demonstrating experience in the service area(s).
Tax Identification Number (TIN): Proof of a valid TIN.
Bank Details: Official company bank account information.
Contact Information: Full legal address, phone number, and official email address.
