HRLeverage Africa is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Audit Firm for the position of HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the firm's human resource operations, driving people management initiatives, ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices, and supporting the achievement of the firm's strategic objectives.
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee confirmation processes. Oversee performance management, employee engagement, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and professional growth. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Administer compensation, benefits, leave management, and other HR operations. Provide HR advisory support to management on employee relations and organisational development. Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes productivity, professionalism, and collaboration. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and take initiative in implementing practical solutions.
B.Sc. Degree / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Must be a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant HR experience. Experience in a professional services environment (e.g., audit, consulting, legal, or financial services) is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. Candidates residing in Ogba or nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply. Must be available to resume within 2 weeks to 1 month.
