We are urgently seeking a competent and experienced Female HR Officer to join a dynamic nightlife business in Victoria Island.

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations. Handle recruitment, onboarding and staff documentation. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance. Enforce company policies, procedures and workplace standards. Handle employee complaints, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution. Maintain accurate employee records and HR files. Support staff welfare and engagement activities. Assist management with HR reports and workforce planning. Ensure proper communication between management and employees. Support compliance with company rules and HR best practices.

HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field with at least 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment or a fast-paced service environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of recruitment, employee management and HR practices. Must be organised, firm, professional and able to work under pressure. Female candidates only. Proximity to Victoria Island will be highly appreciated.
